About the Owners

Reggie Guyton
CEO & Business Development Manager

Reggie Guyton brings over 40 years of leadership experience in management and entrepreneurship with Fortune 500 companies to the LYB executive team. Throughout his distinguished career, Guyton has consistently demonstrated a keen ability to identify and seize market opportunities, expand market share, and provide strong leadership when needed. As CEO, Guyton oversees the company’s strategic direction, guiding both short-term and long-term objectives to ensure LYB’s continued growth and success.

In addition to his professional achievements, Guyton is deeply committed to his community. He served as Board President of St. Johns Main Street in North Portland, where he spearheaded initiatives to achieve the organization’s goals. Guyton also held the role of Chairman of the Board at Self Enhancement Inc., a nonprofit dedicated to supporting at-risk urban youth. In this capacity, he led a board of directors made up of influential entrepreneurs, corporate executives, and civic leaders, working together to drive the organization’s mission forward.

Reggie Blue
COO & Risk Manager

Reggie Blue has over 30 years experience in sales strategy and acquisition, with more than a decade in the asphalt and petroleum industries. Before founding LYB, Reggie working in pharmaceutical sales for Guaranteed Returns, where he received multiple awards and recognition for his accomplishments, including the Best in Region Award and President's ClubTop Sales Representative Award.
As COO, Blue formulates policies, programs, and procedures for transportation systems, including schedules, routes, dispatching, and assignment of the drivers and vehicles. He establishes systems to ensure safety and compliance with the Department of Transportation and other regulatory requirements including, but not limited to, Operating Authority and Commercially Useful Function. Blue holds a Class A CDL Driver's License with Hazardous Materials and tanker endorsements.
